Hello,

Living here in the central highlands of Mexico (6000-8000 ft) I come to realize that when using thinner grade oil such as W5 20 a vehicle will suffer from a lack of power but, once adding something a bit thicker such as W15 40 the vehicle regains power? Not too sure why? Any information to why this is would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ric

Your vehicle's brakes are one of those stuff that require regular preservation and replacement to hold your car or truck working well and safely. Nothing's more unpleasant than the squeal of spent braking system pads except, probably, the high cost of substitution at a mechanic shop with no scruples.

If your car needs to undergo some major auto repair in general, it is always best to weigh the feasibility of replacing parts or buying a new car.
